You do not have a spelling problem. You have three.

Most mistakes come from a few patterns. Hear 18 words, type them, and see exactly which patterns trip you up.

18 words. About four minutes.

Each word is spoken out loud. Type it and press Enter. The words change as you go, to test the spelling patterns you seem to find hard. No marks until the end.

How it works

You hear a word, the way a dictation or the IELTS Listening test gives it to you, and you type it. Each answer changes what comes next: miss a double letter, and the test checks double letters again to be sure. After 18 words, it sorts your mistakes into patterns.

What you get at the end

Up to three patterns behind your mistakes, each with the words you missed, what you typed, and the rule that fixes it. The patterns you already have right. And, if you want them, a few minutes a day of practice that starts on exactly those patterns.
